From Birth to Death

Live an entire lifetime year by year, watching how small choices snowball into big consequences.

Branching Paths

Study hard, chase fame, build a family, or go off the rails—the page highlights branching story-driven paths.

Stat-Based Life Management

Balance health, happiness, smarts, and looks to keep your life from spiraling—classic simulation stat management.

“One More Year” Loop

Quick choices and constant feedback make it dangerously easy to keep clicking forward to see what happens next (very casual, very addictive).

What is BitLife?

BitLife is the perfect palate cleanser between heavier games: a life-simulation where you guide a character from birth to death by making decisions every year. Education, career, relationships, morality—everything is a button, and every button has a consequence. Think text-based drama with a choices backbone.

As someone who lives on horror and racing, I like BitLife for the opposite reason: it’s chill, fast, and endlessly replayable. Try a “good” life, then immediately reroll and see how chaotic you can make the story.

If you want related pages on this site: - Darker “life sim” discomfort: Human Expenditure Program / BLOODMONEY 2. - Another job-sim paranoia: That's Not My Neighbor (simulation + mystery). - Need to swap to pure speed? Tap Drift is instant one-button racing.

How to Play BitLife

1) Use the mouse (or touch) to choose actions each year. 2) Pick categories like education, relationships, jobs, or crime to shape your character. 3) Watch your stats (health, happiness, smarts, looks) and keep them balanced—unless you’re roleplaying a disaster. 4) Every choices pick has an outcome; experiment and replay to discover new paths.
