Street Spacing

The fighting read starts before the punch: own the angle, then swing.

Knockdown Control

A downed enemy is breathing room; use it to move, not to admire the hit.

Crowd Pressure

Multiple enemies punish long combos that would be safe in a duel.

Arcade Impact

Hits feel chunky enough to sell the brawl without hiding the need for clean positioning.

What is City Brawl?

City Brawl is best understood as a street brawler where spacing, knockdowns, and crowd angles matter more than button mashing. The first few fights teach the old beat-em-up lesson: the middle of the crowd feels brave for half a second, then every enemy owns an angle on you.

The run usually goes wrong when you start standing between enemies after one good hit. My rule after a few attempts is simple: fight from the edge, knock one enemy down, then reset your spacing before the crowd closes.
